• Attempt to reverse engineer any software contained on Ritualist
• Remove any copyright or other proprietary notations from the materials

3. User Accounts

4. Curator Responsibilities

As a curator, you agree to:

• Provide accurate information about your experiences and listings
• Honor all confirmed bookings
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations
• Maintain appropriate insurance coverage
• Respect the rights and privacy of renters

5. Member Responsibilities

As a member, you agree to:

• Use the experience in a respectful and appropriate manner
• Follow all rules and guidelines provided by the curator
• Respect the property and facilities
• Cancel bookings in accordance with the cancellation policy

6. Payments and Refunds

All payments are processed through our secure payment system. Refunds are subject to the cancellation policy of each listing. We reserve the right to issue refunds at our discretion.

Disputes and Chargebacks: If a participant disputes a charge or files a chargeback, payout to the curator will be withheld until the dispute is resolved. If the dispute is lost, no payout will be issued.

7. Limitation of Liability

Ritualist shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the service.
